I didn’t receive a fiscal receipt. What should I do?

After you pay for the rental, a fiscal receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided during payment. Usually, it arrives within an hour. If you don’t see the email, first check your Spam folder — sometimes services mistakenly filter such messages.
If there’s still nothing and more than an hour has passed since payment, the most likely reason is a typo in the email address during booking. Don’t worry, it happens often. In this case, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at payments@rentacars.kz. Provide your details (full name, which car you booked, and the rental dates), and we will find your booking manually and resend the fiscal receipt.
