1. Refund of Money
1.1 The cost of the Service will be refunded to the Client in the following manner:
- For payments made in cash, the refund will be made in the same form.
- For non-cash payments, the money will be refunded to the bank card from which the payment has been executed. The crediting period depends on the bank that issued the card.
1.2 The refund of money is made on the basis of a refund application signed by the Client (hereinafter – the Application) and the provision of a fiscal receipt.
2. Early Vehicle Return and Refund
2.1 Upon the Client's return of the Vehicle to the Company earlier than the deadline specified in Agreement, the Company undertakes to recalculate the fee pursuant to the terms of Agreement and the Price List specified on the website: https://rentacars.kz.
2.2 After the recalculation pursuant to paragraph 1.1 of this Policy, the Company shall return to Lessee the corresponding part of the received usage fee, calculated from the day following the day of the actual Vehicle return. The recalculation is performed without considering any provided discounts.
2.3 The refund of money will be made to the Client's bank card within the period established by the issuing bank, starting from the date of receiving the Application.
3. Booking Cancellation and Refund
3.1 The Client has the right to cancel the Vehicle booking through the Website or via a phone call, WhatsApp messenger, or by email at info@rentacars.kz.
3.2 In case of order cancellation (less than 3 days before the Vehicle handover time), the fee shall be withheld for the entire rental period if the Vehicle was rented for a term less than 3 days. If the Vehicle was rented for a term longer than 3 days, the fee shall be withheld for a minimum of 3 days of rental. After the recalculation pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of this Policy, the Company shall return to the Client the corresponding part of the received usage fee, calculated from the day following the day of the actual order cancellation. The recalculation is performed without considering any provided discounts.
3.3 The refund of money will be made to the bank card within 14 business days from the date of receiving the Application.
3.4 The refundable security deposit is subject to return in the manner stipulated by Agreement.
Detailed terms for canceling the Vehicle Booking or returning the Vehicle earlier than the deadline can be obtained at the Company's offices or by calling the Customer Support Service at +7 (700) 555-11-15.
