The information that indicates the conversion is recorded in the relevant document of the transport registration certificate. Such information is posted on the social networkFacebook. The committee clarified more specifically that in order to make all changes to this certificate, the car owner must apply to the AP with an appropriate statement reflecting the type of conversion. After receiving a written response, he must contact an enterprise or organization that has the professionals and financial basis to carry out the conversion of a car with the necessary documents. The administrative police also reported that as a result of the inspection of vehicles by inspection specialists after the conversion, the owner receives a document in the form of a certificate with design changes that comply with established safety standards. According to this, changes to the design are recorded in the transport registration document (for example, installation of gas cylinder equipment, etc.).The committee noted that the dismantling of the seat in road transport refers to the conversion. However, the question arises, what about those car owners who have purchased a vehicle with a conversion, but there is no mark that confirms this in the certificate? In such a situation, car owners should go through all the stages of the specified procedure in order to make changes to the certificate and exclude liability provided for by the current legislation.
